Elviria is home to the 5* Don Carlos Hotel and the only 2 blue flag beaches on the coast along with a great selection of restaurants and bars and a wide range of shops. Just 5 minutes away is the pretty little port of Cabopino with its beautiful beach and a further selection of bars and restaurants. A 10 minute drive will take you into the heart of Marbella with it’s quaint old quarter which cannot be missed, another 5 minutes and you will be in fasionable Puerto Banus with its million pound yachts, designer boutiques, gourmet restaurants and bars.

Our apartment also provides a fabulous base to explore Andalusia and the great cities of Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Granada.

Along with the neighbouring Santa Maria Golf Course there are a further 4 golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

There is also an excellent golf driving range, tennis courts, g0-karting, a cinema showing English films, a bowling alley, water sports such as jet-skiing on the local beach all within a few minutes drive of the apartment.

There are marble floors throughout, hot/cold air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the living room there is ample seating, a large dining table which seats 6, a plasma TV, DVD Player and Sky TV with all of the British channels.The large master bedroom has it’s own full bathroom and direct access out on to the large terrace. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds and a range of fitted wardrobes and share a full bathroom with shower.The third bedroom also has a Juliet balcony with views over the pool

The Costa del Sol is only 2.1/2 hours from the Uk. Flights are available to Malaga from a number of airports in the UK. There is something for everyone in the area. It is a perfect destination for both families and couples, beach lovers, culture lovers and golfers.
