Where is the Location of the villa?

Our villa is located on the Orange Tree development just 10 minutes away from Disney World on Highway 27. Sea World can be reached in 20 minutes and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure in 30 minutes.

What is the Position of the villa?

The villa has an enviable position overlooking the recreation area for the community with tennis courts, basketball courts, a childrens play area, a baseball diamond, an English football pitch and 4 acres of lawned area.

The pool/spa area is South facing.

On arrival how do we enter the property?

We will send you details of driving instructions to the villa together with instructions on how to enter approximately 2 weeks before your holiday.

How close are the nearest amenities?

There is a Walgreens chemist, Winn Dixie supermarket, fast food takeaway, post office, hairdresser, garage and bank within ½ mile of the villa on Highway 27.

Highway 192 is 2 miles away and has a larger selection
of stores including a DVD rental outlet, a Publix supermarket and more takeaways. There is also a vast choice of restaurants on Highway 192.

Are there any restrictions on the rental of the Villa?

We do not allow smoking inside the home or pets.

How many people can stay at the Villa?

The villa has 6 bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the lounge and can sleep up to 14 adults comfortably.

We can also arrange for a cot for infants.

Is there anything we need to bring?

The house has everything you will need for your holiday.

Other than the pool is there any entertainment at the villa?

The villa has cable TV in the double bedrooms, master bedroom and family room. There is also a CD/Stereo player and an X Box Games Console with a selection of games that can also be used as a DVD Player.       Outside there are tennis courts, basketball courts, a football pitch, a childrens play area and a baseball diamond.

Will we need pool heat?

The pool/spa can be heated for an additional cost. It is probably not necessary between May and October.

If pool heat is required it can either be booked in advance or arranged on arrival through the management company who will arrange for it to be turned on.

What would we do in an emergency?

We have an excellent management company whose office is situated just half a mile away on Highway 27. They are on call 24 hours a day and will be able to help with any emergencies either related to the home or personal.
